What we do not collect

No account is needed to browse; we use no analytics or advertising that tracks you across sites, and we sell no data.

Reviews and your account

If you choose to review a service center or store, you sign in with your e-mail through a code sent to you. The account provider (Supabase) keeps your e-mail for sign-in only.

Your review (stars, comment and date) is published after a check, without your name or e-mail. Comments with phone numbers or personal details are refused.

You can withdraw your review before it is published, and ask us to delete your account and all your reviews through the contact page.

Community and car market

In the community your messages show only your display name, never your e-mail. Messages with phone numbers or e-mails are refused, and reports are seen only by their author and the moderators.

In the car market a listing is published after a check, without your account or e-mail. Buyers' messages and the seller's replies are seen only by the two of them; we share no one's number.

You can delete your listing at any time, and ask us to delete your account, messages and listings through the contact page.

AI assistant

Your questions to the assistant are used only to search the site’s content and are not stored. When AI answers are enabled, the question and excerpts from the site are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model) to write the answer, under their privacy policy. Do not put personal details in your question.

Third-party content

The share price box on the home page is a TradingView widget loaded from their site, which may use cookies under their policy. News headlines are fetched from publishers by our servers; nothing about you reaches them unless you open an article.

Cookies

We use two cookies only, to remember your preferences on your device: "aoh-theme" for the site's appearance (dark, light or device setting) and "aoh-lang" for the language. Each lasts one year, holds no personal information, and can be deleted in your browser settings.

Hosting logs

Like any website, our hosting provider may log technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and time) to run and protect the service, under its own privacy policy. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Data shown on the site

The statistics are built from public data of the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and official recall announcements. We show no reporter names, no vehicle identification numbers and no personal data, and every figure links to its original source.

External links

Pages link to external sources such as NHTSA and news sites. When you open them, those sites' policies apply.

Your rights and contact

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can write to us with any privacy question through the contact page. We will update this policy before adding any feature that collects data, such as accounts or owner submissions.
